AI for motorcycle dealers, ready for the spring rush

Street bikes, sport bikes, tourers, cruisers, dirt bikes and scooters all sell in the same few weeks, and every rider has questions. DriveGood AI answers them from your own bike details, day or night.

The first warm weekend of spring changes everything on a motorcycle lot. Riders who browsed all winter start writing at once: how many kilometres, what size engine, is the price firm, will you take my old bike in trade. Meanwhile, your team is prepping bikes and selling on the floor.

DriveGood AI is the AI Drive Good built for vehicle dealers. It's mainly for car dealers, and it works for every kind of vehicle dealer: it handles a sport bike or a scooter the way it handles a pickup, from your own vehicle details and under the same rules.

Every bike you sell, listed and kept current

DriveGood AI posts and manages listings for every type of motorcycle on your lot:

  • Street. Standards, sport bikes and scooters.
  • Touring. Tourers, sport tourers and cruisers.
  • Off-road. Dirt bikes and dual-sports.
  • Parts. Parts can be posted too.

There's no limit on the number of vehicles. Each bike goes out on Facebook Marketplace, Facebook groups, your Facebook page, Instagram, Meta shops, TikTok, Google and your website, all from the same details. DriveGood AI then keeps every listing current: renewed, refreshed, updated when the price changes and taken down once the bike is sold. When other salespeople list the same bike, our methods keep yours in view.

Ready when spring arrives

Motorcycle season is short. As soon as the snow melts, messages pile up in the evenings and on weekends, just when your team is busiest on the lot.

DriveGood AI answers every rider right away, day or night, in Messenger, on Marketplace and on your Facebook page. It replies in the buyer's language, English, French or Spanish, and sends the extra photos or video they ask for.

The rest of the year, it keeps your listings fresh and follows up by text and email with buyers who haven't answered, until they reply. A rider who asked about a cruiser in October can still be on your radar in March.

Rider questions, answered from your details

Motorcycle buyers want specifics: engine size, kilometres, condition, what's been added. DriveGood AI answers from the details you entered for each bike.

It never invents a spec or fills a gap from somewhere else. If the answer isn't in your details, the question goes to your team. That includes licence questions: a rider who asks which licence class a bike needs gets an answer from a person at your dealership, not a guess.

The more complete your bike details, the more DriveGood AI can answer on its own.

Gear and accessories

Riders rarely stop at the bike. When the listing says it comes with saddlebags, a windscreen or heated grips, DriveGood AI can tell the buyer. Questions about gear and accessories that aren't in the listing go to your team. Parts can be posted too.

Example: a question it can answer, and one it can't

AlexHow many km on the 2019 650 cc sport bike?

DriveGood AIAccording to the listing details, it has 8,400 km. Would you like a video of it running?

AlexYes please. Can I ride it with my licence?

DriveGood AILicence questions are for our team, so I've passed yours along and someone will confirm with you. In the meantime, do you have a bike to trade in?

The full conversation is saved as a lead in your DMS, ready for your salesperson.

Videos that show the bike running

A photo shows the paint. A video lets a rider walk around the bike and see it running. DriveGood AI creates vehicle videos for Marketplace, Instagram and TikTok from your photos or your own footage, with no camera crew: film a short clip of the bike idling on your phone and it can be part of the video.

It also writes a complete description for each bike from the same details. For filming tips, see Drive Good's article on shooting a walkaround video with a phone.

Trade-ins, financing and visits

Many riders are trading up: a first bike for a bigger one, a sport bike for a tourer. When a buyer gets serious, DriveGood AI asks about trade-in, financing, budget and timing, so your team knows where the buyer stands before calling back. Finance and credit leads get qualified faster. DriveGood AI doesn't approve credit and never promises approval.

Ready buyers get a visit, or a test ride if you offer them, booked in your calendar.

DriveGood AI never negotiates a price and never shares private information. Replies can come from the AI, from a person on your team, or both.

How motorcycle dealers get it

DriveGood AI comes in the Drive Good package and isn't sold separately. Nobody on your team logs in to it: you see leads in your DMS or CRM, booked visits, and reports on which bikes and channels bring leads and sales. No, and it doesn't try to. It answers only from the details you enter for each bike, and anything else goes to your team.

Can it answer licence questions?

What happens over the winter?
