How DriveGood AI works, from the demo to ready buyers

DriveGood AI runs in the background of the Drive Good package. Here is what happens, in order, from your first call to the reports on what sells.

Nobody at your dealership logs in to DriveGood AI. There's no dashboard to check and no new tool to learn. It works in the background from the details of the vehicles on your lot, does the repetitive work around each vehicle and each buyer, and hands your salespeople the conversations worth their time.

The steps are the same for a small independent lot and for a group with several locations, and for every kind of vehicle dealer: mainly car dealers, but also truck and commercial vehicle dealers, RV and powersports dealers, motorcycle dealers and boat dealers.

The six steps

1. Book a 20-minute demo using your own vehicles

Everything starts on drivegood.com, where you book a 20-minute demo with Drive Good. Demos run on weekdays between 10:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Eastern, starting the next working day, in English, French or Spanish. The demo uses vehicles from your own lot. There's no long-term contract and there are no setup fees.

2. Your vehicle details come from your DMS

DriveGood AI works from one source: the details of each vehicle in your DMS. Year, make, model, trim, kilometres, price, features, condition and photos. Every listing, description, video and reply is built from those same details.

You can set this up two ways:

  • Use the Drive Good DMS. It comes in the Drive Good package, and it can import the data from your old DMS, so nobody retypes your vehicles.
  • Keep the DMS or CRM you have. If your team likes its current system, keep it. The leads DriveGood AI collects can go straight there.

3. DriveGood AI posts and manages your listings

With your vehicle details in hand, DriveGood AI posts each vehicle on Facebook Marketplace, Facebook groups, your Facebook page, Instagram, Meta shops, TikTok, Google and your website. There's no limit on vehicles, and auto parts can go out too.

It writes a full description for every vehicle, with the trim, mileage, features and condition buyers look for, and never adds a detail that isn't in your data. It also creates vehicle videos for Marketplace, Instagram and TikTok, from your photos or from footage you shoot yourself.

Then DriveGood AI keeps working every listing: it renews and refreshes it, updates the price when you change it, improves photos and descriptions, chooses the best placements, shares the vehicle and removes it once sold. When other salespeople list the same vehicle, our methods keep yours in view.

4. It answers, qualifies, books and follows up

When a buyer writes "Is this still available?" in Messenger, on Marketplace or on your Facebook page, DriveGood AI replies right away, at any hour, in the buyer's language: English, French or Spanish. It sends the photos or video the buyer asks for. Then it does what a good BDC agent would do:

Every conversation is saved as a lead in your DMS.

5. Your team takes over with ready buyers

Your salespeople pick up where DriveGood AI left off. They call a buyer who has already said which vehicle they want, whether there's a trade-in, how they plan to pay and when they'd like to buy, and they can read the full conversation first.

Some things always stay with your team. DriveGood AI never negotiates a price, never shares private information and passes along any question it can't answer from your details. You also decide who replies to buyers: DriveGood AI, a person, or both. If you need more people on your leads, Drive Good's BDC service is available on request.

6. Reports show what sells

DriveGood AI shows you which vehicles and which channels produce leads and sales. You can then decide where the ad budget goes. That budget, the money that goes to Meta, Google or TikTok, is always yours to set.

What runs alongside the steps

DriveGood AI also answers your Google reviews in your dealership's tone and in whatever language the reviewer used, and stays calm with negative reviews. The same AI and the same data power your dealer website and your lead management.

What you see is simple: leads in your DMS or CRM, test drives in your calendar, and reports.

How dealers get DriveGood AI

You can't buy DriveGood AI by itself. It's part of the Drive Good package, which also covers Facebook Marketplace, ads on Facebook, Instagram, Google and TikTok, reputation management, your dealer website and the Drive Good DMS.
